FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How would you describe your photography style?
My approach is relaxed, natural and mostly documentary. I capture the day as it happens, stepping in with a little guidance when needed. We'll still make time for family photos and relaxed portraits of the two of you, but you won't spend your wedding day feeling like you're in a photoshoot.
Do we need a second photographer for our wedding?
Most weddings don't need a second photographer, but they can be useful for larger weddings, different preparation locations or if you'd like more coverage of your guests throughout the day. If I think having a second photographer would benefit your plans, I'll let you know.
How many photos will we receive?
Every wedding is different, so the final number will depend on your coverage and what happens throughout the day. As a guide, Full-day includes 600+ edited images, Half-day includes 300+ and Short & Sweet includes 100+. I don't hold back good photographs just to meet a particular number.
When do we receive our photos?
Wedding galleries are usually delivered within 8 to 10 weeks, with a small preview sent shortly after the wedding. Shorter events are usually delivered sooner. Your finished photographs are delivered through a private online gallery where you can download and share them.
Do you offer videography?
I specialise in photography, so I don't offer videography myself. If you're looking for a videographer too, I'm happy to recommend some brilliant people I've worked alongside.
How do we secure our date?
A signed contract and 30% booking payment secures your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding.
Do you travel outside Yorkshire?
Absolutely! I'm based in Leeds and photograph weddings across Yorkshire and the surrounding areas. If your wedding involves additional travel, I'll let you know about any travel costs beforehand.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. I'm fully insured, including public liability and professional indemnity insurance. If your venue needs proof of insurance, just give me a shout.
